Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, order status, and after-sales support
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency following established protocols
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent command of English and Filipino communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with high resilience in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored certification programs
