Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle sales, financing options, and after-sales services.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies, call quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on our vehicle inventory and service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or possess a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
