Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle sales, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, call quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on our vehicle inventory and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or possess a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- Excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
