Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of escalated issues.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality and resolution time.
  • Contribute to team efforts by participating in training sessions and suggesting process improvements.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college or Senior High School graduate.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga.
