Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, parts, and general information.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and financing options to potential and existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Schedule test drives and service appointments using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory and service packages to provide informed recommendations.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions meticulously for accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet departmental targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate; College degree is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing to work in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
- Amenable to working shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
