Tanggung Jawab
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality service.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved seamlessly.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree or vocational course in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven customer service or call center experience (1+ year preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local dialects is an advantage.
- Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
