Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior agents or supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets regarding call handling and quality scores.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or BPO environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer applications and typing with high accuracy.
