Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding vehicle purchases, financing options, and after-sales services
- Process sales orders and coordinate with dealership partners for seamless transactions
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Meet key performance indicators including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with sales teams to follow up on leads and convert prospects
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain automotive industry expertise
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with at least 1 year of customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic automotive knowledge is highly desirable
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
