Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and adaptability
- Basic typing speed of 25 WPM
