Tanggung Jawab
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and maintain a professional tone.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process sales orders, returns, and cancellations accurately.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
