- Enter and update customer data into the company’s CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the call log for future reference.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or College Level (Junior/Senior) preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
