- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats to resolve customer inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional products/services

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
