Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database during and after calls.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including average handle time and first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve service workflows.
  • Provide product or service information, explaining features and benefits to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
