We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Call Centre - Caller to join the Sinotrans Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for many of our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, resolving queries, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently to provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our logistics services and product offerings.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal CRM database.
  • Process orders, service requests, and documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to company call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma, STPM, or SPM holder with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Ability to commute reliably to Shah Alam, Selangor.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required by business needs.
