Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, average handling time, and first call resolution.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance standards and protocols to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share knowledge.
- Upsell or promote additional products/services when appropriate opportunities arise.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of solid BPO or call center experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High school graduate (old curriculum) / SHS graduate. College graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu City, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to start immediately and undergo our expedited 1-2 day hiring process.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is a plus.
