- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via live chat and voice calls with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments efficiently using CRM systems.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all written and verbal communications.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Update customer records accurately in the database after every interaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong typing skills for chat support and clear phone etiquette for voice support.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
