Compliant Business Processing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative specialized in cold chain logistics. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication regarding temperature-sensitive shipments, inventory status, and order fulfillment.
You will leverage your expertise in Cartoncloud and Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer data, track shipments, and resolve inquiries efficiently. We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of the cold chain environment and can maintain high service levels under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders and shipments.
- Utilize Cartoncloud (WMS) to process orders, update inventory status, and track shipment progress in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations to ensure strict adherence to cold chain compliance and temperature control standards.
- Maintain and update customer records within the Microsoft Dynamics system.
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints or service disruptions promptly.
- Generate and distribute accurate reports on delivery status, delays, and inventory levels.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our logistics processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, or cold chain sector.
- Proficiency in using Cartoncloud (Warehouse Management System) is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV or 365) for data entry and reporting.
- Familiarity with cold chain logistics, temperature monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
