Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and moderate online communities across various social media and messaging platforms.
- Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content to drive user interaction and community growth.
- Monitor digital trends and social media sentiment to proactively address potential issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community-building initiatives and campaigns.
- Document customer insights and feedback to help improve internal products and services.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Community Management, or Social Media moderation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM software and major social media management platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital etiquette and online community guidelines.
