Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and moderate online communities across various social media and messaging platforms.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content to drive user interaction and community growth.
  • Monitor digital trends and social media sentiment to proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community-building initiatives and campaigns.
  • Document customer insights and feedback to help improve internal products and services.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Community Management, or Social Media moderation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and major social media management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital etiquette and online community guidelines.
