Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure service quality and meet daily KPIs.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and holidays.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
