As a Content Moderator and Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first line of defense in maintaining the integrity of our digital platforms. Your keen eye for detail will help us filter out inappropriate content, ensuring a safe experience for all users. You will also engage with customers to resolve inquiries, making a direct impact on user satisfaction and brand reputation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and review user-generated content for inappropriate material, including spam, violence, non-compliant text, and images.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via chat, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Flag and report policy violations to the moderation team immediately to maintain platform safety.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping of user interactions and moderation actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community guidelines and moderation procedures.
- Maintain a high level of patience and composure when handling sensitive or repetitive content.
- Adhere to daily productivity targets and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle discrepancies or policy violations.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using web browsers and office applications (MS Word, Excel).
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, with clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be willing to work in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not strictly required.
