- Monitor and review various types of online content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve policy violations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring exceptional quality of work.
- Stay updated with evolving internal policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Document moderation decisions and provide clear reporting to the operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation tools and workflows.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling sensitive or graphic content.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Senior High School diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service, content moderation, or a similar BPO role is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of reliability, integrity, and comfort in reviewing diverse types of internet content.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software tools simultaneously.
