- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and update customer accounts and CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors or departments.
- Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve overall service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or retail operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
