Tanggung Jawab
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and escalate issues as necessary.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive and accurate way.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve knowledge and performance outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar BPO role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy.
- Proficient with CRM software and general computer navigation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
