Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling inbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and processing orders. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve complete satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR).
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve customer service processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months relevant BPO or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Baguio City.
- Amenable to working in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
