Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process transactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time and Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their user experience.
- Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (highly preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer care.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as required.
