Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process transactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time and Customer Satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their user experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and industry best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (highly preferred).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • High level of technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer care.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays as required.
