Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding vehicle purchases, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders, bookings, and follow-ups via phone/email/chat channels
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge for accurate customer guidance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Filipino with clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
