Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying the root cause and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and helpful support at all times.
- Document customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while keeping the customer informed of the process.
- Participate in regular team briefings to stay updated on product changes and service policies.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
