Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with the sales process, including documentation and inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Update customer records and maintain the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process transactions and handle financial inquiries as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Valid government ID and readiness to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
