Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general information.

- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications.
