Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and vehicle availability.
- Process sales leads and referrals effectively to support the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Perform general office duties and support other team members as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
