Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while adhering to service level agreements
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction workflows
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time, first-contact resolution, and quality scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols through continuous training
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are strongly preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
