Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, quality, and handle time.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and client procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to help improve overall service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate. College undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  • Willing to work onsite at the Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
