Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process customer requests, updates, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors while maintaining clear communication.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
