Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process customer requests, updates, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors while maintaining clear communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
