Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (Rotating shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
