Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to address customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly service level targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Update customer profiles and document all interactions in the CRM system.
