Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly service level targets.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Update customer profiles and document all interactions in the CRM system.
