- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and other non-voice platforms efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions clearly in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols regarding customer data privacy.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
