Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions in the internal database.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to streamline support processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates and those with no BPO experience (newbies are welcome!).
- Must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and patience when handling challenging situations.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Bridgetowne office.
