Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process transactions such as payments, account updates, and verifications.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate (Senior High School) or college level.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, internet navigation).
- Willing to work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, particularly in financial or banking accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
