Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally to facilitate account resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of empathy while negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding account status and collection policies.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and security guidelines during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve collection processes and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in Collections, BPO, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboard navigation.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios professionally.
