Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing accurate information and resolving queries.
  • Manage customer accounts and update records in the CRM system to reflect current interactions.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.
  • Escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or product enhancements.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
