Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing accurate information and resolving queries.
- Manage customer accounts and update records in the CRM system to reflect current interactions.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or product enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to work in a full-time schedule within the Pasay City area.
