Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively by following company protocols and utilizing internal knowledge bases.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs, including quality scores and average handle time.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level).
