Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues effectively by following company protocols and utilizing internal knowledge bases.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs, including quality scores and average handle time.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to scheduled shift patterns and maintain excellent attendance records.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level).
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
- Ability to work in a dynamic office environment in Makati or Pasay.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
