Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support for healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate patient and client records in our internal database while strictly adhering to data privacy and HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist members with benefit verification, claims processing, and provider lookups.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Stay updated on policy changes and healthcare industry regulations to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical account.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, particularly when handling sensitive health-related queries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
