Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services and account information.
- Assist clients with billing questions, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal healthcare teams to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Healthcare or Business).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
