Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and professional information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor at all times.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical or billing issues as needed.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in daily huddles and coaching sessions.

Kualifikasi

  • At least Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple software systems.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to maintain a professional attitude under pressure.
