Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions regarding BaaS products and services for the North America market.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
- Educate clients on new features, service updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in customer service, call center, or a BPO environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Experience with North American clients or banking/financial services is a significant advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
