Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly and professional voice of our clients. Your day-to-day will involve handling inbound calls and correspondence, resolving customer issues, providing accurate product information, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your contribution is vital to maintaining the high standards of service our clients are known for.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate solutions and information.
- Process orders, applications, and requests according to standard procedures.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or support line when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and the team leader to achieve team and company goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes to ensure service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (SHS) with good scholastic records; College graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and internet navigation.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and active listening skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Can work full-time and on-site in Iloilo City.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
