Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding client products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the company CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and adherence.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes through ongoing training.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and participate in team huddles and initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School graduate) or equivalent. College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required — we provide paid training!
  • Willing to work on-site in Iloilo City.
  • Amenable to working in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
