Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to resolve complex escalated issues effectively.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and offering assistance to colleagues.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3 months of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative or Call Center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking across various platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
