Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to resolve complex escalated issues effectively.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service best practices.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and offering assistance to colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 months of proven experience in a Customer Service Representative or Call Center role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking across various platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
