Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to resolve delivery exceptions and ensure on-time fulfillment
- Update and maintain shipment status in logistics management systems with precision
- Process customer orders, returns, and claims following established protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport departments to address operational bottlenecks
- Document all customer interactions and service activities in CRM platforms
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities in logistics workflows
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred with 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and CRM systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to operational details
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven logistics environments
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceeding customer expectations
