Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati
- Must have availability for weekday shifts (weekends off)
