Are you an excellent communicator looking for a stable, onsite career opportunity? MDM Systems is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is an onsite role based in the vibrant Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
In this pivotal position, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls, processing orders, and providing top-tier technical and general support. We are specifically looking for candidates who are willing and able to work night shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage. As a CSR at MDM Systems, you will play a key role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence by delivering friendly, efficient, and accurate service to every caller.
Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting product or service issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical support team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the internal CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and de-escalation techniques.
- Provide general information about company products and services.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone.
